The presentation is intended to assist attorneys whose business clients are either experiencing financial distress or dealing with customers or vendors in financial distress.
Erich Buck is a partner and shareholder at Adelman & Gettleman, Ltd., where he represents corporate and individual debtors and creditors in all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy, including workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors, asset sales and purchases, liquidations, reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation. Erich has represented clients in a wide array of industries, most recently representing chapter 11 debtors in information technology, retail and manufacturing.
Erich is a 1997 graduate of Northwestern University and a 2001 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law. While attending the University of Iowa, he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice.
