Essentialism, The Disciplined Pursuit of Less to Achieve More - By applying a more selective criteria for what is essential, the pursuit of less allows us to regain control of our own choices so we can channel our time, energy and effort into making the highest possible contribution toward the goals and activities that matter.

On August 2nd, we will learn the characteristics of what is essential in our life and why it's critical to focus on the essential. Stacey Saunders, an efficiency expert, will then take us through her Sassy Seven Steps to Achieving More in Your Day so that you can spend your time pursuing less, and ultimately achieve more.
